Frequently Asked Questions

Short, practical answers about how we work with clients in Crete and abroad.

Can you represent me remotely with a Power of Attorney?
Yes. We frequently act under a PoA for international clients—covering due diligence, notarial acts, filings, and registrations—while keeping you updated.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Greek, and German. Documents can be arranged with certified translations and apostilles where required.
Do you coordinate notaries, registries, and accountants?
Yes. We manage notarial appointments, Land Registry/Cadastre filings, and—when needed—coordinate with accountants for tax numbers and compliance.
How do fees work—can I get a clear quote first?
We provide scope-based quotes with clear timelines. For complex matters, we outline stages, deliverables, and any third-party costs.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a few business days after conflict checks, KYC, and receiving your brief. Urgent timelines can often be accommodated.
